Cressi Comfort Mens 7mm Wetsuit

If you're diving New Zealand's temperate waters regularly, a well-made 7mm wetsuit is one of the most important pieces of kit you'll own. The Cressi Comfort 7mm is built to sit at the top of that category - combining serious thermal protection with a fit and finish that makes it genuinely comfortable to wear all day.

The suit is constructed from premium 7mm high-stretch neoprene throughout, rated for water temperatures between 10°C and 18°C - which covers a wide range of New Zealand diving conditions from the upper North Island down to the South Island year-round. The outer layer is 100% super-elastic Ultraspan, giving you excellent freedom of movement without the bulk you sometimes get with thicker neoprene. The inner lining is X-Plush - soft, quick-drying, and noticeably warmer against the skin both before and after the dive, not just while you're in the water.

A 120° preformed cutaway on the neck collar reduces pressure when you're looking down to check gauges or adjust equipment - a small detail that makes a real difference on longer dives. Double-sealed wrist and ankle cuffs feature smooth GlideSkin inner sleeves, and zips at the wrists and ankles further reduce flushing and make getting the suit on and off much easier. The back zip is a high-quality YKK, running vertically for a reliable seal every time.

Reinforcement is placed where it actually matters - X-Diamond fabric on the shoulders, shins and buttocks protects high-wear areas without affecting flexibility, while Tatex® elastic patches on the knees and tibia handle abrasive surfaces without compromising stretch. A high-volume thigh pocket on the right leg has two compartments and an integrated D-ring for securing accessories, and a hood holder keeps your hood accessible and secure between dives.
